LONDON, [2026/04/09] – Atrium and Sofix today announced the deployment of BrokerBrief at Atrium, the leading specialty insurer at Lloyd’s, bringing AI-powered claim analysis and summaries directly into Atrium’s claims workflow across all classes of business.

Built by Sofix and fully integrated with Atrium’s claims management system, BrokerBrief turns early claim information and supporting documents into a concise summary automatically appended to the claim record. This gives handlers and adjusters a clearer view of the claim without working through multiple emails, attachments, and fragmented notes.

BrokerBrief modernises and automates the typical initial brief provided by brokers to claims adjusters, adding a layer of context and clarity. The report brings together key claim details, validation checks, and coverage parameters in a single output, helping teams reach an informed starting position faster.

BrokerBrief is continuously refreshed throughout the lifecycle of the claim. Each time a new document is added to the claim file, the summary is regenerated, ensuring the claim record reflects the latest available information at every stage.

By generating a structured summary while continuously capturing and organising claim data as the file evolves, BrokerBrief creates a foundation for predictive analytics and decision‑support capabilities that accelerate early claim triage and enable more consistent, data‑driven claims outcomes.

The deployment also builds on Sofix’s direct integration with IMR, the Insurers’ Market Repository, enabling insurers and managing agents to extract and analyse large claims files and convert unstructured materials – including adjuster reports, broker correspondence, expert reports and other documentation – into actionable insight.

By automating analysis and classification at scale, Sofix helps claims teams review complex documents quickly, identify trends and improve operational efficiency while supporting compliance with Lloyd’s market processes.
